Swallowing pills gives me no pleasure. Besides, once you quit taking
pills guess what happens? YOU GET FAT, again. Everyday
there seems to be more and more new, improved, better pills to help
you lose weight. Why not eat all the right foods you need and lose
weight?

to belabor that BUT please do some homework first. Did you realize
that some medicines actually cause weight gain? People have died from

culprit in making people FAT. Diets. DIETS
MAKE PEOPLE FAT. Diets wreck havoc on your bodies
own natural ability to effectively burn fat. Diets create yo-yo's
out of really neat people. Low-Carbs, No-Carbs, (can
you say starvation), Low-Cal, No-Cal, (can
you say no energy), Low-Fat, No-Fat,
(can you say low-brain, no-brain). When does it all end? The
only diet that actually works is a natural foods diet that actually
fills you up, lets you eat what you want (naturally), burns fat by
increasing your metabolism and makes you feel perky and smiling since
your brain is being properly nourished.
Doing
all the above is actually making people fatter. Obesity is at an all time epiemic with over 65% of all adults
overweight and 50% of children overweight!

an example of what's going wrong...
Most
people who "diet" eat anywhere between 1,000 and 2,500
calories per day.
If you have a "set" number of calories than your body
will adjust itself to burn
that same amount. Most calories are "dead" lifeless
energy. When you change
your intake your body attempts to follow along and then the
yo-yo begins.
