Using
Pills DOES NOT WORK.
You cannot lose weight using pills. For years people have been
shoveling pills down their throats in hopes that they will curb
their appetite or absorb fat. The fact is that although one
might have "temporary" help, once the pills are gone,
the fat returns. ALSO there is a danger in the toxic effect
many pills and drugs have and they can cause more health problems.

You won't lose weight using a Diet. How many diets have you

when I want it! Dieting only creates more weight problems due
to starvation, deprivation and humiliation.
